The Central India Institute of Medical Sciences – Advanced Research Centre (CIIMS-ARC), Nagpur, an ICMR Collaborating Centre of Excellence, in association with the Society for Neurochemistry (SNCI), India – Nagpur Local Chapter, successfully organized a six-dayResearch Internship Program on Bioinformatics from 23rd to 28th June 2025. Designed to nurture the next generation of biomedical researchers, this intensive program offered a balanced integration of theoretical insights and hands-on training. Targeting students, young researchers, and early-career scientists, the internship provided foundational knowledge along with advanced computational skills essential for biological data analysis. Through a thoughtfully structured blend of expert-led lectures and practical sessions, the program empowered participants to confidently navigate the evolving landscape of bioinformatics and its translational applications in modern biomedical research.
