Dr. G. M. Taori after obtaining postgraduate qualification in medicine from O UK returned to India and was appointed as Professor of Canada and Neurology in Christian College, Vellore. He was an excellent Teacher and was closely associated with Dr. Bima Kumar Bachawat a famous Indian Biochemist in Research Activity related to infectious and non-infectious Neurological Disorders. 1973 he permanently wanted to establish a centre to study Neurological Disorders.
Initially, he was asked to teach Neurology Subject in Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medica Initially, the Sevagram, Wardha. Simultaneously University for various rest of Graduate Department of Biochemistry of Nagpur University for various research and Ph to continue research activity several body fluids of patients suffering from neurological nutritional disorders and other diseases are not available in the Biochemistry Department’s. ant He then established the Central India Institute of Medical Sciences with a separate Independent Ressary Laboratory.

- To establish and promote research activities related to nutrition disorders, genetic disorders and also for those ailments for which understanding is poor at present.
To establish, Operate, promote, run, maintain and manage institutions engaged in advancements of research pertaining to neurological, cardiological & endocrinological sciences. - To conduct research on rural health problems.
- To conduct conferences, refresher courses, lectures, seminars, demonstrations and exhibitions relating to research done and results obtained.
