Conducting Workshop

Conducting workshops serves as a catalyst for collaborative ideation and problem-solving. Workshops bring together cross-functional teams, fostering creativity and synergies that may not emerge in traditional work settings. These interactive sessions can be tailored to address specific challenges, driving innovation and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization. Recently we had conducted some of the workshops on “Immunodiagnostic techniques”, “Engineers in Medical Science”, “Molecular Biology techniques”, “Waste water surveillance- A tool to predict future epidemics” and “Next Generation Sequencing & Bioinformatics Analysis of sequencing Data”.

Skill Development Courses:

In the fast-paced digital era, staying relevant requires continuous skill development. Offering targeted courses enables students to acquire new skills, stay abreast of industry trends, and adapt to evolving technologies. We provide a certificate training for all of the techniques like Proteomics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Animal Cell Culture to the student.

Internships:

Internship programs are instrumental in bridging the gap between academic knowledge and Laboratory applications. Interns gain practical experience and exposure to laboratory practices. Internships also serve as a tool for learning a particular technique in a short span of time of a month.

Dissertations:

Academic institutions have dissertation projects as a part of their curriculum and for that we provide a platform for the students to come and enroll for their dissertation projects. Our lab not only provides training during dissertation, but also lets students gain access to research insights and innovative solutions, while students contribute to laboratory projects, enhancing their academic and practical knowledge.

Credit based courses:

CIIMS-ARC along with RTMNU offers a Credit based course on RT-PCR and Animal Cell Culture techniques which covers the topics from designing the protocol to demonstration and experimentations, which will benefit the students to get trained in these techniques and get credits for the same in their academics. This holistic approach, integrating R&D outsourcing, workshops, skill development courses, internships, and dissertations, establishes a comprehensive framework for overall growth of applicants and students.
