The AMR 360° Conclave 2025 convened leading policymakers, clinicians, researchers, and innovators to address antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through collaborative, evidence-based dialogue across six thematic panels.

Panel I | Policy Perspectives on AMR 

Led by Dr. Katoch, Dr. Y. K. Gupta, Dr. Prakash Babu, Dr. Taruna Madan, and Dr. Vipin, the session examined national and global AMR policy frameworks, regulatory challenges, and implementation gaps. Panel II | Translating Policy, Practice & Innovation 

Moderated by Dr. Rajpal Singh Kashyap and Dr. Supriya Kashikar, with panelists Dr. Ashwini Tayade, Dr. Nitin Chandak, Dr. Sanjeevanee Kelkar, Dr. Anant Rajput, Dr. Pranita Pathak, and Dr. Shailendra Mundhada, this session emphasized rational antibiotic use, antimicrobial stewardship, NABH/NABL compliance, diagnostics, evidence-based prescribing, and startup-driven innovation. 

Panel III | Prevention of Misuse of Antibiotics One Health Approach 

Moderated by Dr. Urmi Bajpai and Dr. Rajpal Singh Kashyap, and featuring Dr. Sukhadeo Barbudhe, Dr. Vibhavari Dani, Dr. Sujatha Sunil, Dr. Sudipti Arora, Dr. Kausar Mahmood Ansari, Dr. Rima Biswas, and Dr. Sandeep Chaudhary, the discussion reinforced the One Health framework integrating human, animal, and environmental health through surveillance, wastewater monitoring, food safety, and responsible antibiotic use.

Panel IV | Diagnostics, Surveillance & Data-Driven Control
Moderated by Dr. Jignesh Doshi, Dr. Amit Nayak, and Dr. Rajpal Singh Kashyap, with experts Dr. Nitin Kurkure, Dr. Urmi Bajpai, Dr. Krishnamohan Atmakuri, Dr. Jaswinder Singh Maras, Dr. Vishal Dabre, and Dr. Nilesh Mahajan, the panel highlighted the critical role of accurate diagnostics, strong surveillance systems, and data-driven strategies in strengthening AMR control.

Panel V | Innovation, Research & Future Therapeutics
Moderated by Dr. Sanjay Wate, Dr. Krishnamohan Atmakuri, and Dr. Rajpal Singh Kashyap, and joined by Chetan Marwah, Dr. Nandini Bhojraj, Dr. Yusuf Chimthanawala, Dr. Neeraj Baheti, Dr. Sanjeev Patankar, Dr. V.S. Agrawal, Mr. Nimish Khandelwal, and Dr. Akhilesh Yadav, this session focused on translational research, alternative therapeutics, interdisciplinary collaboration, and sustainable innovation models.

Panel VI | Way Forward: Policy, Practice & Collective Responsibility
Moderated by Dr. Poonam Deshpande and Dr. Rajpal Singh Kashyap, with panelists Dr. Jayant Deopujari, Dr. Sanjay Wate, Dr. Jignesh Doshi, Dr. Dinesh Kabra, Dr. Manish Deshmukh, Dr. Ankita Rajput, and Dr. Mashitha Pise, the concluding session emphasized translating evidence into action, strengthening stewardship, enhancing awareness, and ensuring coordinated multisectoral engagement.
